EASY POT ROAST 
3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Gravy Master
1 med. onion
1 green pepper
Salt and pepper
3/4 can evaporated milk (2% milk may be substituted)

Cut meat into cubes and place in small roaster or large casserole dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with chopped onion and green pepper. Add cream of mushroom soup and canned milk. Add Gravy Master to desired color. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
