SO EASY POT ROAST | |
2-4 lb. pot roast 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (drained) or 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix 2/3 c. sherry (or water may be used in place of wine) Mix all ingredients together. Put in a covered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. (Gravy is great for mashed or baked potatoes.) Serves 2-4. |
