MAYONNAISE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa powder
3 tsp. baking soda
1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 c. cold water
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together all dry ingredients; add water and vanilla; mix well. Fold in salad dressing.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan, pour and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Frost with Chocolate Chip Frosting: 6 Tbsp. butter, 6 Tbsp. milk, 3/4 C. sugar, 1/2 C. chocolate chips, 1 tsp vanilla.

Melt over low heat butter, milk and sugar and bring to full boil; stir often, boil 30 seconds, then add chocolate chips and vanilla. Remove from heat. Stir until it starts to thicken, pour over cake.
