CHOCOLATE MAYONNAISE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. Hershey 100% baking cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cold coffee
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients; put aside. Mix coffee, mayonnaise, and vanilla; add alternately with dry ingredients. Mix well with spoon until smooth. Pour into greased and floured angel cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Very moist - no frosting needed if you want sprinkle with powdered sugar.
