SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES 
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
2 3/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar

Mix and chill. Roll in balls the size of a walnut. Roll in 3 to 1 mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for about 8 minutes.
