CABBAGE SOUP 
1 can (1 qt. 14 oz.) tomato juice
1 can water
4 beef bouillon cubes
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 head cabbage
1/3 c. dehydrated onion
1 pinch sugar substitute
1 pkg. frozen French green beans
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower

Mix juice, bouillon, water, cabbage and onion in pot; simmer 30 minutes. Add frozen vegetables and sweetener and simmer another 30 minutes (break cauliflower). Note: Any fresh vegetables may be substituted for frozen.
