ANGIE'S PEPPER BISCUITS 
3 c. flour
1 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. fennel
1 tsp. anise seed
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. baking powder

Mix well. In another bowl mix:

1 c. oil
1 c. water
1 egg

Combine with the dry ingredients. Knead well. Let dough rest for 10 minutes. Shape into biscuits and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
