JO'S PICCADILLY OKRA 
2 boxes frozen okra, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 (1 lb.) can Del Monte stewed tomatoes
1/4 tsp. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking oil

Saute the onion and bell pepper in a small amount of Wesson Oil. When vegetables are soft, add can of stewed tomatoes, then add frozen okra and seasonings. Cook over low heat about 30 minutes. Stir about 3 or 4 times to mix the okra and tomatoes. Serves 6 to 8.
