JO'S POTATOES 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. cooked sliced potatoes

Melt butter. Blend in flour, salt, and milk. Gradually cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheese and remove from heat. Place sauce over potatoes in a baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Makes 4-6 servings.
