JO'S SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. Rice Krispies

Brown sausage and onion, drain. Add cheese, soup and eggs. Pour 1/2 into a Pam sprayed 9 x 7 inch or 8 x 8 inch casserole. Top with 1/2 cup Rice Krispies. Pour remaining mixture over then top with remaining Rice Krispies. Press into mixture with palm of hand. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Can be mixed and refrigerated the night before.

Recipe can be doubled to serve 12 to 15. Bake in 9 x 12 inch casserole for 40 minutes. When doubling, use only 6 eggs.
