SAUSAGE AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. brown rice
1 lb. turkey sausage
1 can cream of chicken, low fat soup and add enough water to make a quart
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 sticks celery, chopped
Slivered almonds

Cook and drain and blot sausage, onion, pepper and celery. Add soup. Simmer 5 minutes, add raw rice and almonds. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
