ONION SOUFFLE 
6 eggs, separated
4 onions, chopped fine
1/3 c. matzo meal
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Black pepper to taste
1/3 c. Crisco oil

Beat egg yolks well. Add onions, matzo meal, salt, pepper, and oil. Beat egg whites well. Fold into mixture. Bake in greased casserole 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve immediately.
