BEER CHEESE SOUP 
4-5 slices slab bacon, diced
3/4 c. diced onion
6 c. water
3 c. instant dairy creamer
1 lg. jar Cheez Whiz
2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. flour
1 can or bottle beer
Salt and pepper to taste

In large kettle saute bacon and onion until done. Add water, creamer, and Cheez Whiz. Continue to heat and stir until Cheez Whiz is melted.

Melt butter and add flour; mix together until blended. Add to soup mixture, stirring often until thickened. Add beer to flavor and thin soup. Serve hot with popcorn to garnish.

Use above recipe; omit beer and add vegetables for cheesy vegetable soup.
