IRONWOOD BEER CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
3 cans chicken broth (about 4 c.)
16 oz. jar Cheez whiz
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 oz. beer
1/2 tsp. yellow food coloring
1 1/2 c. milk

Melt butter and gradually add flour with wooden spoon, stirring until smooth. Gradually add broth and heat on low until thick and smooth. Add Cheez Whiz and remaining ingredients. Keep low heat. DO NOT BOIL.
