BEER CHEESE SOUP 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. dried onion
4 c. milk
1/2 bottle real bacon bits
2 (4 oz.) micro Cheez Whiz cups
3/4 c. beer
Dash salt & pepper

Make a roux of the butter and flour. Gradually add milk and stir until smooth. Add onions, real bacon bits and Cheez Whiz. Heat until very hot and then add the beer. Taste and adjust salt and pepper. Serve with popcorn garnish if desired.
