NUTEENA APPLE SALAD 
2 c. LaLoma Nuteena, diced fine
2 lg. red apples or 3 med.
1/2 c. celery, finely diced
1/3 c. low fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Walnuts, chopped

Toast nuteena to a golden brown in oven or skillet. Chill. Dice apples fine, leaving red skin on. Combine all ingredients. Serve in lettuce cups. Garnish with walnuts. Serves 6.
