PUMPKIN MUFFINS 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
3 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. ginger
1 1/4 tsp. cloves
1 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
15 oz. can pumpkin
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Combine brown sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Add raisins and nuts. Bake in muffin pan at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen.
