CRANBERRY BREAD 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. orange juice
1 egg, beaten
1 c. fresh or defrosted cranberries
1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Beat in juice and egg until well blended. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Spray the bottom of 9x5 inch non stick loaf pan with cooking spray. Spoon in batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until bread tests done. 90 calories per slice.
