CHICKEN FRIED STEAK

1 round steak, tenderized and cut into 2-inch strips

Bowl #1:

flour
salt
pepper
garlic

Bowl #2:

eggs
milk

Dip strips in 1, 2, 1, 2 and 1. Then deep-fry. Steak will be golden brown.
