RIPE TOMATO RELISH | |
1/2 bushel of ripe tomatoes, peeled 6 or 8 lg. onions, chopped 10-12 hot peppers, chopped 6 lg. bell peppers, chopped 2 tbsp. salt 2 1/2 c. sugar 3 c. white vinegar Cook tomatoes and drain off juice. Then add all ingredients together. Cook for 1 hour. Put in jars and seal. |
