CHICKEN PAPRIKASH 
1 c. onions
1/2 clove garlic
2 1/2 tbsp. paprika
1 c. chicken stock
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1 cut up whole chicken

Fry chicken; add onions, garlic and mushrooms. Stir in paprika and chicken stock. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes until chicken is cooked. Stir flour into sour cream and add to stock after removing chicken. Simmer slowly until thickened. Add chicken pieces and serve with potato pancakes or noodles.
