Apple cider (as much as you wish)
Coffee filter
Cinnamon sticks
Ground cloves
Orange peel
Lemon peel
Brown sugar
Bay leaf
Rum (optional)

Place cider in saucepan and add a small amount of rum to taste and turn on low heat. Make a "tea bag" put fairly small amounts of spices, brown sugar and peel in the center of coffee filter and tie up edges. Let sit in cider until desired flavor. Stir well and serve.
