CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
3 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. white corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
2 squares bitter chocolate
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Chopped nuts

Mix all except vanilla; boil until it forms a soft ball in cold water, 135 to 136 degrees. Add vanilla and nuts to taste. After it cools, beat until it gets thick. Pour into pans.
