3 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
4 tbsp. white Karo syrup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. evaporated milk, undiluted
Dash of salt
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
12 marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients except marshmallows, nuts, butter and vanilla. Cook until a few drops forms a soft ball in cold water. Remove from heat, add marshmallows, butter and vanilla. Beat hard until real thick, add nuts, pour into buttered pan. Cool, then cut into squares.
