MOSTACCIOLI SAUCE 
1/2 c. olive oil
1 lg. onion
1 lb. ground beef
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 sm. can tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. water

Cook oil and chopped onion together until light brown. Then add meat and seasonings. Cook 15 minutes.

Add tomatoes and tomato paste and cook 30 minutes over slow fire.

Add butter and water and simmer 1 1/2 hours.

If wanted, add celery and garlic.
