BEEF MARINADE 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Marinate beef a minimum of 4 hours. Excellent for London Broil or shish kabob. Reboil after soaking raw meat to use for gravy.
