1 1/4 lb. Oreo cookies
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 sm. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk

Crumble cookies. Place 1/2 cookies on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix rest of ingredients. Spoon on top of cookies. Put rest of cookies on top. Refrigerate.
