1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding (do not make up)

Cream together butter, cream cheese, sugar and pudding. Mix milk with Cool Whip. Crumble cookies. Mix both white mixtures together. Alternate layers of white mixture and cookie crumbs in clean flower pot, ending with cookie crumbs. Add gummy worms and plastic flowers for effect.
