VEGETABLE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken, cut in pieces
2 c. broccoli, steam until tender
2 c. cauliflower, steam until tender
1 to 1 1/2 c. celery, cut into pieces and cook until tender
1 to 1 1/2 c. carrots, cut into pieces, cook until tender

Put in layers in casserole dish. Cover with 1 small can cream of chicken soup, diluted. Heat in microwave until heated through, about 10 to 15 minutes on Power 8. Can be made with less or more ingredients. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
