GLAZED PEACH CREME | |
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. peach Jello 2 c. boiling water 3/4 c. cold water 1 pt. vanilla ice cream 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained; or 2 fresh peaches, sliced Dissolve 1 package Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add cold water and chill until slightly thickened. Dissolve 2nd package Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add ice-cream, stir until smooth, pour into serving bowl. Chill until set but not firm. Arrange peach slices over Jello- ice cream mixture. Pour clear Jello on top. Chill. Makes 5 cups or 10 servings. |
