PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
Carrots
Onions
Potatoes
1 can mushroom soup
Grated cheese

Brown pork chops in frying pan. Sprinkle with seasoning salt. Place in bottom of casserole dish. Slightly precook sliced carrots, onions, potatoes. Layer over chops. In frying pan, mix soup with milk or water from cooking veggies. Pour over casserole. Grated cheese may be added last 5 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
