PORK CHOPS WITH SPANISH RICE 
4-6 pork chops
1 onion, sliced
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. sugar

Prepare and bake pork chops. Meanwhile, saute onion in oil until golden brown. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes and sugar. Simmer about 5 minutes. Serve the sauce over pork chops. Makes 4-6 servings.
