1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
Round steak

Mix all the above ingredients together. Cut round steak into 1-inch strips. Dip steak strips into beaten egg, then roll in flour and then in batter mixture. Fry in hot oil.
