6 slices bacon
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cans well drained spinach
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry bacon then set aside. Saute onions in bacon drippings, add spinach, then eggs. Stir quickly, season to taste. Add crumbled bacon.
