BEEF AND NOODLES FOR 50 
5 lb. lean ground beef
3 c. chopped onions
5 c. chopped celery
4 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
1 (No. 5) can chicken and rice soup
2 tbsp. tomato sauce or Maggi sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce
2 lb. fine noodles
1 pt. sliced, ripe olives
1 lb. sliced almonds

Saute meat, onions, celery and mushrooms. Drain fat from meat. Mix with cooked noodles. Place in large casserole. Sprinkle top with sliced olives and almonds, which have been browned in butter. Bake at 325 - 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Variations: Chopped beef, ham or pork may be substituted for the ground beef. Macaroni may be substituted for noodles.
