REFRIGERATOR COOKIES 
3/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream eggs, brown sugar, and shortening. Add dry ingredients. Add nuts, vanilla, blend. Shape 3 rolls, 2 inches in diameter. Wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate overnight or until firm to slice. Slice 1/4 inch thick and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
