SWISS BLISS 
2 lb. chuck steak, 1" thick, cut in serving size pieces
1/3 tbsp. butter
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 lb. can whole tomatoes, drained & chopped (reserve the fluid)
1/4 tsp. salt & pepper
1 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. reserved juice from tomatoes
Foil
1/2 sm. green pepper, sliced

Line bottom of metal pan with enough foil to fold into a sealed package. Use butter to coat bottom of foil, arrange steak on foil. Sprinkle soup, mushrooms, tomatoes, green peppers over meat. Mix salt, pepper, A-1 sauce and cornstarch together. Pour over meat. Sprinkle with parsley. Seal and bake at 375 degrees for 2 hours.
