BREAKFAST COOKIES 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. finely chopped cooked bacon
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. Grape Nut flakes

In large bowl combine flour, sugar and baking soda. Mix well. Add bacon, butter and eggs. Mix until blended then stir in Grape Nut flakes.

Drop by tbsp. 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 13-15 minutes until lightly browned but still soft. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.

For freezer cookies, divide dough in 1/2. Place on wax paper and shape into rolls 2 inches in diameter. Wrap tightly and freeze. As needed, slice and bake.
