BREAKFAST COOKIES 
1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and broken into 1/2 inch pieces
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 c. corn flakes
1 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Combine flour and baking soda and add. Stir in bacon, corn flakes and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 15-18 minutes, cool minute, remove to rack to finish cooling. Yields 4 dozen.
