POPPY SEED CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. poppy seeds
1 can evaporated milk
1 bottle (small) of either orange or lemon or vanilla extract

Mix all together with a beater, or spoon (until smooth). Pour in bread or cake pan (that is greased and floured). Bake at 375 degrees for about one hour.
