HUMMINGBIRD CAKE | |
3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 c. chopped nuts 2 c. chopped bananas 1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple 3 eggs, beaten Sift flour once, then sift with sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon. Blend in vanilla, eggs and oil. Do not beat. Fold in nuts, bananas and pineapple. Bake in a greased and floured tube or bundt pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees F. Cool and remove from pan. Frost with cream cheese frosting. |
