HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
1 c. pineapple (crushed)
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
1 doz. maraschino cherry halves
2/3 c. oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix all ingredients together then beat with mixer at low speed until well mixed together.

Bake in a well greased and floured tube or bundt pan, for 1 hour at 350 degrees. cool for 20 minutes before removing from the pan. Let it cool completely before serving.

Top with cherry halve, banana slices and pineapple chunks.
