HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter
8 oz. crushed undrained pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped bananas

Mix the first 4 ingredients. Add eggs, oil. Stir in vanilla, butter, pineapple, pecans, bananas. Spread in three 9 inch round greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

HUMMINGBIRD CAKE ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
16 oz. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cheese and butter, add sugar and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy.
