BOURBON SWEET POTATOES 
4 lg. sweet potatoes
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. raisins
1/4 c. bourbon

Cook sweet potatoes until soft, peel and mash. Add remaining ingredients and mix well while sweet potatoes are still hot. Pour mixture into greased casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes until baked through.
