STIR FRY BEEF 
1 (1 1/2 lb.) round steak, sliced very thin
1 onion, sliced thin
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. water
Salt & pepper
Cornstarch

Saute onions until golden brown. Add sliced meat. Stir as you cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, water and salt and pepper to taste. When liquid is boiling, thicken with cornstarch. Stir quickly. Serve over hot rice.
