STEAK POTATOES 
Potatoes
Minced onion
Parsley flakes
Salt & pepper
Steak sauce
butter
Velveeta cheese

Peel and cube desired amount of potatoes and boil in water until fork pieces easily (20 minutes). Drain off water. Place potatoes on a double layered foil wrapper, allowing enough to cover potatoes. Sprinkle on minced onion and parsley flakes as desired. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle on steak sauce. Dot with butter. Cover potatoes with slices of Velveeta cheese. Bring foil wrapper over potatoes to cover. Place on grill or in the oven until cheese is melted. (Cook approximately 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.) Serve immediately.
