RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
3 eggs 3 tbsp. milk 2 c. sugar 4 tbsp. flour 3/4 tsp. nutmeg 4 c. rhubarb Beat eggs; add milk and stir. Mix in sugar, flour, nutmeg and rhubarb. Pour into 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 400°F for 50 to 60 minutes. |
