RASPBERRY JELLO SALAD 
2 pkg. raspberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 boxes frozen raspberries
1 can applesauce

TOPPING:

1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. sugar (optional)

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add berries and stir to break up. Add applesauce and place in 9x13 inch pan. Let set. Place topping ingredients in a bowl and let stand in refrigerator several hours before whipping. Whip and spread over Jello.
