MOM'S CHEESE PIE 
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 prepared graham cracker crust

In a mixer bowl blend sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Beat in eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour into prepared 9 inch graham cracker crust.

Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on rack.

Topping:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

In a mixing bowl combine topping ingredients and spread on top of cooled cheese pie.

Bake at 475°F for 5 minutes. Chill and enjoy.
