MOM'S SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sour cream (use heavy whipping cream mixed with 1 tbsp. vinegar to sour)
2/3 c. raisins
pinch of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes.
